This place is amazing, with incredible and helpful staff, especially the receptionist who assisted us in arranging transportation back home.

Totally relaxing with no urban distractions, no electricity, a real away from it all holiday

the location was good - so close to kanchanaburi and hells fire pass, and the river kwai and thai-burma railway museum, hellfire pass and cemetery. there was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was great. actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in sai yok.

Located down the river about 5 km, River Kwai Jungle Rafts - Sha Extra Plus offers a peaceful retreat away from the city maddening crowd. the attractive bar adds to the ambiance, while the rooms and bathrooms are furnished simply and nicely, according to reviews. Guests have mentioned the friendly and accommodating staff, who provided good service and even shared insights into Mon culture and customs. the food, especially for non-meat eaters, was enjoyable, and the inclusive romantic dinner was a highlight.

Watch out: site looks good and promising but in reality not a good price quality value.no comfort,small rooms for the price,the food and location is good but keep in mind that you have to pay for everything: boat taxi 900bath!! We payed more than 5000 bath for 1 night (drinks,transport and the room).also we can't pay by visa..

The location is fantastic for those wanting to be close to nature. Located between Nam Tok train station and down river, it offers great opportunities for longer stays, including floating down the river in life vests. the authentic experience of being close to nature is unparalleled. the rooms are basic but comfortable, and the absence of electricity and air conditioning adds a camping-like adventure to the experience. the friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, and beautiful views make up for any lack of luxury.

One downside is that the traditional dance show might not appeal to everyone.

If you're foreigner here is convenience for. Everyone can speak english and other language as well.

We had an unforgettable stay at River Kwai Jungle Rafts - Sha Extra Plus. The unique location and no electricity aspect of the property added to the rustic charm. The activities provided were fun and the hike behind the hotel was a highlight, allowing us to explore a small village and even meet an elephant named Wendy. The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed the serene environment, especially the wonderful night skies full of stars. The service we received from the staff was excellent, except for one exception. We also appreciated the surprisingly good breakfast.

The location of this place can not be faulted. It is a beautiful spot to spend a few days relaxing.

The room was filthy and smelly. The location, being very remote, takes longer to access than anyone lets you know. The food was served cold as it is a set menu and prepared before you sit down. The staff were more interested in themselves than the guests. This place has potential but poor management is letting it down. It is very expensive for what it is.

The location was marvellous and awesome, for example, Xtreme Centric Park was relatively close to the hotel.

I loved the room. the bed was extremely comfy. - the property's location was stunning and amazing.

We had an incredible experience staying at a unique location surrounded by nature. The absence of electricity added to the charm, allowing us to disconnect from the world. Jumping off the raft and floating to the other end was exhilarating. The simple breakfast was satisfying, and the bathroom facilities, though basic, were adequate. it was a great experience that we loved.

Despite the inconvenience at the pier upon checkout, the location of River Kwai Jungle Rafts was absolutely breathtaking. The abundance of delicious food and the presence of attractive hammocks added to our enjoyment.
